Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing & Engagement Manager to spearhead our digital marketing efforts and take the lead in strategic planning and execution of online and in-person events. This role is pivotal in increasing corporate awareness and stakeholder engagement, aligning both digital and physical efforts with the company’s overall marketing objectives. The ideal candidate for this role combines a strategic mindset with a creative flair, complemented by a suite of professional competencies and technical skills. This individual should exhibit an entrepreneurial spirit, showing initiative and the ability to think outside the box to drive marketing innovation. High emotional intelligence is key, enabling effective engagement with diverse stakeholders and fostering a collaborative team environment. Resilience and adaptability are essential, allowing the candidate to navigate the fast-paced nature of digital marketing, engagement, and event management. This role demands a passion for learning and growth, with a commitment to staying ahead of industry trends and leveraging new technologies for enhanced marketing effectiveness.

Key Responsabilities:

  • Design and implement SEO strategies to enhance online visibility and improve search rankings.
  • Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (PPC, display ads, social media) to achieve marketing goals.
  • Lead online reputation management, engaging with audiences and managing feedback across digital channels.
  • Plan and execute strategic online and in-person events, such as informational webinars, podcasts, industry conferences and seminars, aligning with the company’s marketing and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate digital tools and strategies effectively in both online promotions and in-person event executions.
  • Utilize data and analytics to assess the performance of digital campaigns and events, leveraging insights to inform future strategies and improve ROI.
  • Act as a liaison between the marketing department and other departments, ensuring a unified approach to client and employee engagement.
  • Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices in event planning to continually enhance the organization’s marketing initiatives.

Competencies/skills:

  • Proven track record in digital marketing and event management.
  • Strong expertise in SEO, PPC, and social media advertising.
  • Expert in WordPress and SEMRUSH/ahREFS (or other keyword tools)
  • Experience with online reputation management and audience engagement.
  • Demonstrated ability in leveraging analytics to drive marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Outstanding knowledge of the English language (spoken and written) is mandatory.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. At least 10 years of experience or advanced training specific to digital marketing.
