High-content microscopy is a powerful image-based approach to perform high-throughput phenotypic screening at the cellular level.

By employing the most relevant cellular model, one or more phenotypes of interest can be closely monitored.

WE’LL APPLY OUR HIGH-THROUGHPUT PHENOTYPIC SCREENING TO EXPLORE:

  • Drug mechanisms of action
  • Drug repurposing
  • Biological targets

WE USE A VARIETY OF TECHNIQUES THAT INCLUDE:

  • Fluorescent proteins fused to the endogenous protein of interest
  • Fluorescent dyes
  • Antibodies which can be applied in both fixed and live samples

We integrate image processing, feature extraction and data analysis to identify small-compounds, peptides, or siRNAs that cause meaningful biological changes.
