Compound Collection Management

About this poster

In this work, we present IRBM’s fully automated platform for compound collection management, supporting high-throughput screening (HTS) of over 350K compounds. We show how we’ve built and manage this diverse library, from the criteria used for selecting new libraries with drug-like properties to the automation of compound analysis and handling for HTS, ensuring efficient workflows and high-quality hit identification.
