About this poster
In this work, we present IRBM’s automated platform that accelerates the discovery of PROTACs by integrating a ProtoDegron Library with a Direct-to-Biology (D2B) screening approach. This toolkit enables rapid identification and optimization of targeted protein degradation candidates, significantly reducing the time required for PROTAC hit finding while enhancing compound diversity and drug-like properties.
