About this poster
In this poster, we present a refined method for selectively measuring wild-type huntingtin (wtHTT) in human cerebrospinal fluid (CSF). By optimizing an immunodepletion protocol to remove mutant huntingtin (mHTT), we enable accurate quantification of wtHTT. This method offers critical support for therapeutic programs targeting allele-selective mHTT lowering in Huntington’s disease.
