About this poster
In this poster, we present the identification and development of I-0436650 and the brain-permeable I-1000233, potent and selective SHP2 allosteric inhibitors with oral bioavailability. Using high-throughput biological, biochemical, and pharmacodynamic assays to guide Structure-Activity Relationship (SAR) studies, we optimized physicochemical and pharmacological properties to target tumors with dysregulated RTK/RAS/ERK signaling pathways.
