About this poster
This poster presents an automated, high-throughput workflow for peptide bioanalysis and plasma protein binding assessment, crucial for advancing peptide drug candidates. By combining mass spectrometry–based detection with different binding approaches (Transil PPB and Rapid Equilibrium Dialysis), the workflow enables sensitive and reproducible measurements, including for peptides with very high protein binding. The optimized workflow increases throughput and robustness, allowing accurate estimation of the unbound fraction and supporting efficient ADME characterization of peptide drug candidates.
