About this poster
In this poster, we present a high-throughput screening (HTS) campaign aimed at discovering novel pan-coronavirus antivirals targeting the discontinuous transcription process. Using a stable SARS-CoV replication cell model with a NanoLuciferase-expressing RNA replicon, we screened approximately 413K compounds from the IRBM collection, leading to the selection of 2319 initial hits. Reconfirmation and follow-up studies will assess potency, cytotoxicity, and mechanism of action, and these evaluations are ongoing. Our findings highlight the potential of phenotypic screening for discovering effective antiviral compounds against coronaviruses.
