About this poster

In this poster, we present a high-throughput screening (HTS) campaign aimed at discovering novel pan-coronavirus antivirals targeting the discontinuous transcription process. Using a stable SARS-CoV replication cell model expressing a NanoLuciferase-tagged RNA replicon, we screened approximately 413K compounds from the IRBM collection, leading to the selection of 2319 hits with >45% inhibition. Reconfirmation and follow-up studies are assessing potency, cytotoxicity, and mechanism of action, and these evaluations are ongoing. Our work underscores the strength of phenotypic screening in identifying antiviral candidates with potential for broad coronavirus coverage.
