About this poster
The search for broad-spectrum coronavirus antivirals remains urgent, as no drugs with cross-activity have yet been approved despite multiple outbreaks. In this first part of our work, we present the results of a high-throughput screening campaign against the viral helicase NSP13. Among the hit compounds identified, two series inhibit NSP13 by forming a covalent adduct with the protein. Although the series explored showed limited tractability, the findings demonstrate the feasibility of covalent approaches to this essential viral enzyme. This is Part 1 of the study—if you find it relevant, you may also be interested in downloading Part 2 for further insights.
