About this poster
In this work, we present the Frameshift Mutator Assay (FSMA), a cell-based tool designed to investigate the DNA Mismatch Repair (MMR) system in Huntington’s disease. This assay highlights how depleting key MMR proteins, like MSH3 and MLH1, impacts CAG repeat somatic instability. The FSMA is a promising step toward identifying new therapeutic targets for this neurodegenerative disorder.
