About this poster
Innovative strategies are reshaping small-molecule drug discovery, enabling access to previously “undruggable” targets. This poster presents IRBM’s integrated platforms for rapid hit identification, such as the Proteolysis Targeting Chimera (PROTAC) screening platform and the covalent fragment platform. The PROTAC platform leverages a "Direct to Biology" approach, pairing protein-of-interest ligands with a tailored ProtoDegron library for fast degrader evaluation, while the covalent fragment platform applies diverse electrophilic warhead-containing fragments to uncover starting points for covalent inhibitor design.
