About this poster
This poster illustrates how peptide pharmacokinetics can be improved through a rational, data-driven approach that links sequence design to physicochemical and biological performance. Through two case studies, we show how strategies like formulation adjustment, backbone lipidation, and cyclization were employed to overcome solubility and stability issues, ultimately enabling better in vivo exposure and progression in drug development.
