At IRBM we are passionate about science, and love talking about what we do to advance drug discovery. One of our scientists, Dr Maria Veneziano, has been interviewed by the International Journal of Pharmacokinetics (IJP), about her extensive experience working on pharmacokinetic studies, including using LC–MS analyses of small molecules and peptides in biological matrices, implementing new technologies such as online extraction by turbulent flow chromatography, and addressing the new challenges of pharmacokinetic studies such as the miniaturization of all the steps in a PK study.
